We have a no tolerance spam policy at our company. We are a
member of CAUCE, The Coalition Against Unsolicited Commercial Email.
We do not believe in spam, however, we do believe email
communications are one of the most effective ways to communicate to
customers who are interested in receiving information from you.
Any customer found to be using EmailBuilder.com for Unsolicited
Commercial Email (UCE) or spam; will be immediately banned from use
of our products and services. If you know of or suspect any
violators, please notify us immediately at
info@emailbuilder.com.
EmailBuilder.com requires that each email has a mandatory
unsubscribe link that cannot be removed.
Protecting our Customers from Sending Spam
EmailBuilder.com is a permission-based email-marketing solution that
follows the strictest permission-based guidelines:

Communication - Your
EmailBuilder.com registration page already states why you are
collecting the site visitor's email address, how you plan to use
their address, and that you are following the embedded privacy
policy. Additionally, by accepting our terms of service you have
agreed that you will communicate with your users who opt-in.

Confirmation -
EmailBuilder.com automatically sends all of your new subscribers
an email confirming their interest in receiving emails from you.

Unsubscribe Link -
Every email generated from EmailBuilder.com contains an
unsubscribe link which automatically updates your subscriber
lists to avoid the chance of sending unwanted emails to visitors
who have unsubscribed.

Agreement – when
uploading lists you agree that the recipients on this list have
agreed to receive email from you.

- all of your emails are pre-filled with your contact

you might be sending spam:

webmaster@domain.com, info@domain.com, or other general
addresses.

your originating address or transmission path information.

permission

Your subject line
contains false or misleading information
